Director, Pharmacy Excellence

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations to maintain efficiency and achieve KPIs
• Evaluate pharmacy operational effectiveness and implement action plans
• Coach and mentor pharmacy managers and pharmacists
• Guide teams in adopting new strategic initiatives and process improvements
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development
• Manage an internal champion program for best practice leadership
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation

Requirements

• B.Sc. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Prince Edward Island
• Minimum of three years of pharmacy management experience
• Experience in multi-unit operations is an asset
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Ability to travel within PEI and Atlantic Canada
