Director, Performance Marketing, Media & Measurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, marketplaces, email, affiliates, and DSPs
• Develop advanced marketing mix modeling (MMM) frameworks to measure channel effectiveness and optimize media allocation
• Oversee and guide media planning and buying for both digital and offline channels
• Partner with content, ecommerce, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives
• Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI while balancing short-term performance and long-term brand growth
• Build and mentor a high-performing team as a player-coach
• Establish relationships with media partners, agencies, and technology vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven global experience leading performance marketing and media planning
• Strong understanding of building MMMs to optimize marketing media mix
• Deep knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and marketplace advertising
• Background in offline media buying, OTT, and connected TV
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience managing large budgets
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
