Director, Performance Growth

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key lead in new business and existing-client growth pitches, owning the performance narrative and integrated recommendations
• Lead internal alignment and education on performance marketing across integrated teams
• Own senior, agency-level relationships with platform partners including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Represent Viral Nation at industry events, panels, and partner forums as a spokesperson
• Partner with Strategy, Business Development, and Client Services to embed performance media into integrated marketing plans
• Identify organic growth opportunities across the existing client book
• Bring emerging opportunities such as platform alphas, betas, and AI-enabled capabilities to clients

Requirements

• 8+ years of performance marketing experience across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
• Strong agency-side experience with a track record of leading performance strategy and new business pitches
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and programmatic channels
• Strong understanding of measurement frameworks including attribution, incrementality, and MMM
• Excellent executive-level communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite and project management platforms like monday.com or Asana
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
