Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations strategy, architecture, and evolution of technology and analytics
• Design end-to-end workflows across hiring, HRIS management, and the employee lifecycle
• Manage and optimize PEO relationships and oversee payroll and benefits execution
• Drive HR compliance and risk management across multiple geographies
• Own and evolve the HR tech stack, including HRIS and automation workflows
• Turn People data into actionable decisions through headcount and attrition reporting
• Build and lead a high-performing People Ops team
• Shape company policy and culture to reflect Sanity's values

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience with team leadership
• Proven track record of embedding automation and AI into People lifecycle work
• Experience managing PEO (e.g., Rippling, TriNet) and Global EORs (e.g., OysterHR, Deel)
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
• Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms like Workday or Rippling
• Experience building scalable processes in high-growth tech environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
