About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the people agenda for Pendo's Revenue and Marketing organization, translating the People roadmap into actionable business unit plans.
  • Lead and coach a small, globally distributed team of People Partners supporting GTM functions.
  • Drive workforce planning, headcount anticipation, and organizational design to support scaling enterprise sales.
  • Build succession plans for critical GTM roles and partner with leaders on career frameworks and mobility.
  • Manage performance management cycles and complex employee relations, including investigations and corrective actions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, identifying manager capability gaps and facilitating coaching.
  • Utilize Workday and AI-assisted workflows to surface people analytics, attrition trends, and engagement signals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years embedded in a GTM organization within a high-growth tech environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team of People Partners or HR professionals.
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales organizations and partnering with C-level GTM leaders.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate HR workflows and increase productivity.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international GTM teams, particularly in EMEA or APAC.
  • Ability to operate effectively across a Center of Excellence model (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D, DEI).
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce or Pendo.
  • Proficiency in Workday, including data extraction and reporting.
