About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Advisory Partners aligned to GTM / Sales functions
- Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders to navigate complex talent challenges and organizational change
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
- Ensure consistent execution of core people processes including performance management and org design
- Monitor team metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to drive service improvements
- Lead change management efforts and partner with Employment Legal to mitigate risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10–13 years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in people leadership roles
- Strong background in employment law, particularly in New York and California
- Deep understanding of GTM / Sales functions and their unique people needs
- Experience managing organizational design and change initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions
