About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Advisory Partners aligned to Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales functions.
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to business leaders, helping them navigate complex talent challenges and organizational change.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, OD, DEI, Total Rewards) to deliver integrated and scalable people solutions.
- Ensure consistent execution of core people processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and organizational design.
- Monitor team metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead change management efforts and partner with Employment Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10–13 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
- Deep expertise in GTM and Sales functions and their unique talent requirements.
- Proven experience in organizational design, performance management, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, specifically within New York and California.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity.

- Global HR experience.
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
