About the role
Responsibilities
- Win and execute in-network agreements by converting commercial plans from out-of-network to in-network status
- Manage the end-to-end process from initial negotiation to signed paper and agreed payment models
- Drive plan activation by securing member data access and outreach authorization
- Align health plan quality and HEDIS incentives with cervical cancer screening gap closure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with integration and customer success teams to manage post-launch account performance
Requirements
- Proven payer contracting track record at a diagnostic or digital health company
- Regional Blues contracting experience, including plan-level work under national agreements
- Fluency across various reimbursement models including invoice, claims, PMPM, and case rates
- Experience owning the activation process, specifically regarding member data access and outreach authorization
- Ability to thrive in a Series A environment and navigate ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with care gap closure programs and HEDIS measure dynamics
- Experience with Medicaid managed care (MCO) contracting
