Responsibilities

  • Define and own the patient services use case roadmap for AI-powered solutions
  • Map end-to-end patient services workflows including benefits verification, prior authorization, and specialty pharmacy coordination
  • Serve as the primary subject matter authority in enterprise sales conversations and executive workshops
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to translate operational knowledge into detailed technical requirements and conversation designs
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to define deployment playbooks and operational readiness checklists
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience in patient services, hub operations, specialty pharmacy, or patient access
  • Deep operational knowledge of benefits verification, prior authorization, and copay programs
  • Direct experience building or managing patient services programs
  • Proven ability to engage with senior pharma executives (VP, SVP, C-suite)
  • Experience translating operational workflows into product requirements or technology capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a major patient services, hub, or specialty pharmacy organization
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and integration standards (ePA, NCPDP, HL7/FHIR)
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or go-to-market efforts
  • Understanding of PBM operations and payer landscape dynamics
  • Experience with AI, digital health, or patient engagement technologies
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or PharmD
