Director, Patient Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of patient promotional strategies and tactics to support current and future oncology launches
• Develop patient strategy, messaging, and value proposition grounded in market research
• Partner cross-functionally with HCP Marketing, Patient Advocacy, and Omnichannel Marketing
• Own the Patient Agency of Record (AOR) relationship, including creative, media, and digital initiatives
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Manage patient promotional budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Travel as needed to support business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience
• Significant leadership experience in oncology patient marketing
• Experience leading the patient aspect of 1-2 major US commercial launches
• Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy and patient activation
• Experience managing Agency of Record (AOR) relationships
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into compliant patient-facing messaging
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
