Director, PASSPort Data

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a team of PASSPort Payment and Efficiency Specialists
• Perform analytics tasks including running queries and developing reports using quantitative methods
• Extract, transform, and load data from PASSPort, MS Access, Power BI, and Financial Management Systems
• Clean, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends and improve prompt payments
• Report on program performance indicators to executive stakeholders
• Provide end user training, documentation, and support for metrics and processes
• Liaise between ACS Divisions, City agencies, MOCS, and vendors

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or a related field plus 2 years of professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory capacity
• OR a Baccalaureate degree plus 4 years of professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory capacity
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and coding expertise
• Ability to present complex topics through written, visual, and oral communication
• Experience with datasets and preparing program deliverable reports
• Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Staff Analyst
