Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense.

Responsibilities

• Own partner portfolio end-to-end, managing 3–5 strategic consulting and SI partners including QBRs and joint business plans
• Build working-level relationships with Practice Leads, Client Partners, and Principals
• Drive co-sell execution through account mapping, pipeline generation, and joint deal execution
• Operationalize partner enablement by launching certification programs, training, and playbooks
• Convert pilots to production by working with Field Engineering and account teams
• Unblock deployments by coordinating across teams to resolve delivery challenges and technical blockers
• Track and drive adoption metrics including partner-driven pipeline and certified headcount
• Execute joint GTM initiatives such as co-branded content, research, and case studies

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships, alliances, or sales with top-tier SIs or consulting firms
• Proven ability to turn partnerships into measurable revenue
• Experience operating at both executive and working levels within partner organizations
• Experience driving co-sell motions and navigating complex enterprise deals
• Ability to enable partners technically through training and certifications
• Highly operational and data-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments
