Director - Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead global business development for cross-border e-commerce customers and support the wider business development team.
• Manage key accounts to ensure they are serviced properly and positioned for growth and profitability.
• Drive client engagement strategies and establish long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, navigating complex hierarchical structures.
• Define new products to onboard e-commerce clients and generate global business opportunities.
• Monitor service delivery quality by maintaining frequent contact with operations management.
• Oversee contract administration, including monitoring SLAs, SOWs, and SOPs.
• Present business agreements to key decision-makers and negotiate terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing cross-border Key Accounts.
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or express business operations.
• Proven expertise in account management and driving client growth.
• Strong understanding of cost implications and pricing models for competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to the e-commerce and transportation industries.
• Familiarity with technology services and digital solutions for logistics.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, innovations, and technological advancements in the supply chain.
