About the Company

Altruist is transforming the multi-trillion dollar wealth management industry by building an AI platform for wealth professionals. Hazel, a part of Altruist, is building the AI engine for wealth management that helps unlock 10x growth, efficiency and value for financial advisors and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Hazel's partnership pipeline across tech integrations, distribution, affiliates, and industry networks
• Lead CEO-adjacent conversations with Tier 1 targets including broker-dealers, aggregators, and technology providers
• Architect Hazel's technology partnership program and scope marketplace listings
• Stand up the affiliate channel through industry consultants and association partnerships
• Design partnership economics including rev-share, co-sell, and pilot-to-scale agreements
• Build the partnership operating model including partner tiering, deal review, and attribution
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless revenue recognition

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development or partnerships, primarily in fintech, wealthtech, or finserv
• Existing network across the RIA / wealth-management ecosystem
• Track record of signing platform-scale deals delivering $5M+ in influenced or sourced revenue
• Ability to operate CEO-adjacent and lead Tier 1 conversations independently
• Player-coach mentality with the ability to close deals personally
• Strong technical fluency regarding APIs, integrations, and marketplace requirements
• Operating rigor to build partner CRMs, attribution models, and reporting cadences

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience at a broker-dealer, aggregator, or custodian
• Background in early-stage or first-partnership-hire environments
• Existing relationships with consulting firms and association leadership
• Comfort with AI and agent-based product narratives
