Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-Suite level clients and partners to ensure project alignment with their priorities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrated client programs, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead client onboarding and transition processes from sales to post-sale execution.
- Oversee the delivery of diverse programs including live events, digital advertising, custom content, and proprietary research.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, editorial, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively resolve client concerns.
- Identify opportunities for strategic account growth, upselling, and client retention.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and post-campaign reports.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, client services, or related fields within media or marketing.
- Proven experience managing complex, integrated projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, podcasts, and both large and small format events.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
- Sophisticated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for C-Suite engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, programmatic) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Experience with CRM and campaign management tools like Boostr or Asana.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global clients, particularly in the US and Gulf regions.
- Understanding of B2B and B2G strategic dynamics.
- Deep respect for media, journalism, and editorial independence.
