About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership of the partner organization across all routes to market
- Achieve referral, resale, and managed-services business targets through goal setting and pipeline management
- Lead, hire, and grow partner teams within the Greater China region
- Drive alignment between partner managers and Snowflake’s field organization to foster a co-sell culture
- Define core team constructs including role definitions, KPIs, capacity planning, and compensation
- Recruit partners into the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) to scale consumption of the Cloud Data Platform
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in partner or sales realms
- Proven experience building and leading high-growth partner/channel organizations in Greater China
- Established executive network within the regional partner ecosystem
- Deep understanding of partner business models and channel sales in cloud computing environments
- Ability to drive accurate forecasting and achieve sales objectives
- Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to build financial justifications for GTM investment
- Fluency in English
