Director, Partner Success

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner success and retention for a portfolio of strategic partners
• Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner and internal advocate for partners
• Develop deep understanding of partner business objectives, operational goals, and financial budgets
• Own the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring internal financial targets are met
• Partner with the Data team to produce high-quality weekly updates, MBRs, and QBRs
• Champion new Metropolis initiatives and products to drive adoption and growth
• Lead the resolution of partner escalations by coordinating cross-functional responses
• Represent partner needs in internal product, operations, and data discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic customer-facing roles
• Strong financial acumen including P&L performance and budget management
• Excellent professional communication skills for both internal teams and C-suite executives
• Proven ability to take complete ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Strong data storytelling skills to translate metrics into value narratives
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
• Ability to travel approximately 5–10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the parking industry
• Experience in real estate, mobility, or hospitality
• Experience in operationally complex B2B service environments
