Director, Partner Marketing - Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the hyperscaler engagement model across top-tier AI ecosystem partners
• Own the partner marketing strategy and operating model for high-profile strategic accounts
• Develop annual partner strategies in collaboration with Sales to articulate clear narratives and messaging
• Design a repeatable engagement model including partner segmentation, roles, and coverage
• Drive high-impact partnership collaboration and manage co-marketing investments
• Align partnerships with Qualcomm Technologies’ AI, platform, and growth priorities
• Establish success metrics and implement disciplined investment strategies based on measurable impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and partner engagement
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in matrixed environments
• Experience translating complex ecosystems into structured investments and measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field
• Proven experience executing complex co-marketing strategies with measurable results
• Experience leading matrixed teams to develop and execute high-value co-marketing programs
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the technology industry (e.g., mobile, IoT, automotive)
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset
