Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Snowflake’s global partner marketing programs and scalable co-marketing frameworks
• Own co-marketing strategy for the Data Cloud product ecosystem, including ISVs and data providers
• Define joint positioning and solution narratives that articulate how partners extend the AI Data Cloud
• Build the partner motion for major product and platform launches to ensure early activation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Alliances
• Lead and scale a team of Partner Marketing Managers, elevating them to strategic GTM leadership

Requirements

• 15+ years in B2B technology marketing
• 5+ years in partner marketing, alliances GTM, or ecosystem marketing
• Experience operating at scale in complex, multi-product organizations
• Expertise in ecosystem storytelling and translating technical integrations into value propositions
• Experience building scalable marketing systems tied to pipeline and revenue
• Strong analytical rigor with experience in multi-touch, multi-partner attribution models
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
