Director, Own Brands

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue growth, profitability, and gross margin
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Redcare and nu3 brands across multiple European markets
• Manage the end-to-end value chain from product innovation and development to sourcing, quality, and lifecycle management
• Lead the Own Brands organization and orchestrate execution across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Drive portfolio expansion, innovation, and supplier partnerships to accelerate profitable growth
• Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes to ensure accountability

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Own Brands, Private Label, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce
• Demonstrated ownership of a P&L with a track record of driving revenue and profitability
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end Own Brands value chain
• Ability to lead and deliver results in a complex matrix organization
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset
• Experience building high-performing teams and scalable operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulated categories like consumer healthcare, pharmacy, food supplements, or cosmetics is a strong advantage
