About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of OD in building organizational development methodologies, frameworks, and tools to deliver at scale.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to lead end-to-end organizational design and operating model projects.
  • Develop and lead change management strategies for key enterprise transformations and operating model shifts.
  • Design and facilitate leadership alignment and team effectiveness interventions, including diagnostics and working sessions.
  • Establish and track OD metrics to demonstrate impact and continuously improve intervention effectiveness.
  • Explore and apply automation and AI tools to accelerate capability-building and streamline program development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on org design, change management, and team effectiveness.
  • Proven experience building or maturing OD and change management capabilities within a complex, global, or matrixed organization.
  • Strong facilitation, group dynamics, and leadership team effectiveness skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience with a track record in large-scale transformation.
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or management/human capital consulting.
  • Certification in assessment tools such as Hogan, MBTI, or DiSC.
  • Experience integrating change management with L&D and organizational communications.
