About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide HR and business leaders through complex, large-system organizational transformation efforts.
  • Lead the creation of practical, end-to-end change plans from diagnosis to implementation.
  • Assess leadership and team effectiveness to design interventions that improve alignment and decision quality.
  • Provide executive counsel on organizational models, governance, and process redesign.
  • Apply rigorous diagnostic frameworks and data-based assessment techniques to identify strategic gaps.
  • Partner with senior People leaders to translate organizational theory into actionable business choices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of OD professionals by setting clear expectations and developing talent.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in OD, HR, or business.
  • OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 10+ years of experience in OD, HR, or business.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 12+ years of experience in OD, HR, or business.
  • 8+ years of formal or informal leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience across consulting, program design, organizational design, or change management.
  • 10+ years of formal or informal leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience working within a large, global, matrixed organization.
