Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of organic social presence across core channels like Instagram and YouTube
- Define channel-specific success metrics and drive expansion into emerging platforms like TikTok and X
- Develop data-driven content strategies and drive culturally relevant creative
- Own the always-on programming calendar in collaboration with Brand and Creative teams
- Build and own a comprehensive social measurement framework and partner with Analytics for actionable insights
- Lead, mentor, and develop the social team and manage external partners including creators and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading social at best-in-class brands
- Proven track record of driving creative innovation and scaling engagement metrics
- Strong cross-functional operator with analytical and data-driven thinking skills
- Proactive communicator with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DTC, Wellness, and Lifestyle brands
