Director or Senior Manager Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive differentiated product definition and business plans for Wi-Fi combo connectivity solutions
• Define and drive product development and planning of hardware, software, and system solutions
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and use cases for R&D teams
• Create marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales training, webinars, and whitepapers
• Collaborate with global sales, regional marketing, engineering, and operations teams to guide product execution
• Engage customers within the IoT and Automotive markets to build long-lasting partnerships
• Perform periodic domestic and international travel to global sites and key customers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity marketing, applications, or engineering
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products to market
• Strong knowledge of wireless connectivity technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 15.4, Thread, Matter, etc.)
• Deep understanding of embedded systems, including MCU, software, and tools
• Solid understanding of product marketing and product definition processes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MBA preferred)
