About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support administrative staff while building a culture of accountability and professionalism
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to project timelines, collections performance, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee project coordination processes to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and execution
  • Manage collections processes and assist with reducing outstanding receivables
  • Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Assist with AP/AR processes, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Oversee facility maintenance, safety programs, and compliance with OSHA and company procedures

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or related leadership roles
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR processes, scheduling, and payroll coordination
  • Understanding of accounting principles, collections, and financial reporting
  • Experience in restoration, logistics, construction services, or service-based industries

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $50,000–$65,000 based on experience
