Director, Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, inventory, supply chain, and logistics for the Grand Terrace and North Hollywood facilities
• Drive strategic growth and profitability targets while managing P&L performance
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including strategic supplier partnerships and warehousing
• Lead continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Establish performance metrics and operational goals to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture through coaching, mentoring, and workforce development
• Plan and implement capital improvements and technology adoption for the sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operational leadership roles
• Proven experience in a build-to-order or high-mix manufacturing environment
• Expertise in production and inventory control, procurement, and logistics
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute long-term operational plans
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in industrial manufacturing leadership
