Director, Operations Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Regional Operations Managers
• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for School Operations
• Design organizational structures, talent models, and operating systems to enable scale
• Establish operational standards and accountability measures across the network
• Use data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to shape network-wide strategy and priorities
• Oversee operational budget performance and resource allocation
• Build strong partnerships across Schooling, Enrollment, Facilities, Technology, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead leaders and build high-performing teams
• Exceptional strategic planning and systems-thinking capabilities
• Deep understanding of operational systems and performance management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, education, consulting, military, hospitality, retail, or healthcare
• Experience leading leaders across multiple regions or business units
• Experience designing organizations and driving transformational change
• Demonstrated success scaling teams and systems across large organizations
• Experience partnering with senior executives on enterprise-wide initiatives
