About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct the process analysis, design, and redesign of integrated workflows to ensure customer-focused and efficient operations.
- Drive review of front-to-back processes for customer lifecycle interactions within the Underwriting unit.
- Lead process improvement reviews and prioritize initiatives to deliver operational efficiency and time savings.
- Influence technology partners regarding solution design and prioritization.
- Implement operational management systems, including dashboard development, reporting, and standard work.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture through leadership and individual contributor coaching.
Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale process improvement projects using industry-leading Lean best practices.
- Proven experience managing technology-enabled change processes.
- Experience implementing structured management systems, including training and support for leadership at all levels.
- Proficiency in KPI, dashboard, and standard work implementation.
- Comfort with Salesforce-backed process design and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the group insurance industry.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience leading small teams.
