About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the offensive security strategy and roadmap across applications, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
- Lead internal and external teams in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability research.
- Design and execute AI red teaming activities for LLM-enabled products and agentic workflows.
- Oversee web, API, mobile, and cloud security testing, including adversary simulations and purple team exercises.
- Drive vulnerability triage, prioritization, and remediation in partnership with engineering teams.
- Manage bug bounty programs and external penetration testing vendor engagements.
- Communicate security risks, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Information Security experience.
- 5+ years of dedicated Offensive Security experience.
- 3+ years of Development or Engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management.
- Deep experience in SaaS and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM security testing and securing AI-enabled products.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable business risk assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, CISSP, or CCSP.
- Experience with modern cloud security, containers, and API security.
