Director, Offensive Security

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the offensive security strategy and roadmap across applications, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
• Lead internal and external teams in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability research.
• Design and execute AI red teaming activities for LLM-enabled products and agentic workflows.
• Oversee web, API, mobile, and cloud security testing, including adversary simulations and purple team exercises.
• Drive vulnerability triage, prioritization, and remediation in partnership with engineering teams.
• Manage bug bounty programs and external penetration testing vendor engagements.
• Communicate security risks, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Information Security experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Offensive Security experience.
• 3+ years of Development or Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management.
• Deep experience in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM security testing and securing AI-enabled products.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable business risk assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience with modern cloud security, containers, and API security.
