Responsibilities

• Manage a global portfolio of complex heritage rehabilitation operations, including listed or registered buildings
• Supervise a team of Works Managers
• Guarantee control over costs, deadlines, and quality
• Secure technical, regulatory, and heritage constraints inherent to existing structures
• Act as a technical and managerial conductor for a specific geographic sector
• Manage critical arbitrations and support teams in handling unforeseen issues (pathologies, discoveries during works, complex interfaces)
• Ensure compliance with administrative authorizations and prescriptions from competent authorities
• Monitor contractual obligations and operation reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams, intervening early during DCE and AO phases

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• Confirmed experience in construction management (Project Management, Execution Design Management, or General Contracting)
• Previous experience in management
• Confirmed experience in residential housing projects
• Strong technical skills and ability to anticipate risks
• Rigor, dynamism, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
