Director of Virtual IOP Outpatient Services

Responsibilities

• Drive program growth, expansion, and census growth for virtual outpatient tracks
• Oversee daily virtual operations including scheduling, group programming, and EMR compliance
• Monitor key KPIs such as attendance, completion rates, and staff utilization
• Ensure compliance with DHCS, Joint Commission, and telehealth regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop program management, therapists, and support staff
• Partner with admissions, marketing, and business development teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide oversight for complex clinical cases and crisis management

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active licensure or registration preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or associate level)
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in mental health or SUD settings
• Experience overseeing multi-track treatment or virtual services strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of DHCS, Joint Commission, and telehealth compliance
• Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably Kipu
• Ability to be on call and accessible for staff and clients
