Director of VIP Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end VIP guest journey, ensuring seamless, high-touch service from pre-arrival through post-departure
• Develop and implement VIP service standards, protocols, and training programs across all F&B venues and residential accommodations
• Serve as the service quality lead for the Enclave portfolio, providing anticipatory, residential-level service
• Provide strategic F&B oversight for VIP events, private celebrations, and high-profile functions
• Manage the end-to-end F&B licensing function, ensuring full compliance with RAKTDA, UAE federal law, and internal standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and Culinary teams to deliver extraordinary catering and event experiences
• Act as the VIP experience ambassador across all 22 F&B outlets to ensure consistent recognition and preference management
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or VIP services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing high-profile clientele in a luxury integrated resort or high-end property
• Demonstrable experience with F&B licensing, regulatory compliance, and government authority liaison within the UAE or GCC
• Experience overseeing luxury events, including destination weddings and corporate functions
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., SevenRooms), guest management tools, and POS platforms
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills
