Director of Video Production

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of video production from concept to delivery, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production
• Lead and mentor a team of producers, editors, videographers, and content creators
• Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and budgets for all production-related tasks
• Collaborate with social media and strategy teams to align production with content strategies
• Ensure content is optimized for social media platforms and maintains brand consistency
• Implement and refine production workflows to improve efficiency
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope and timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in video production with a focus on social media content
• Proven experience managing a production team and multiple simultaneous projects
• In-depth knowledge of video production tools and editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Expertise in various content formats including short-form, vertical video, and GIFs
• Strong budgeting, resource management, and scheduling skills
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
