Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Operating Partners across all U.S. venues
  • Drive operational consistency across golf, food & beverage, hospitality, and facilities
  • Develop Operating Partners and build strong internal leadership benches
  • Drive same-store sales growth, membership penetration, and event sales
  • Oversee core operational metrics including labor, COGS, and profitability
  • Ensure venues become community hubs through local marketing and partnerships
  • Support new store openings and improve operational scalability

Requirements

  • 10+ years in multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or consumer operations leadership
  • Proven success leading large-scale field organizations
  • Experience overseeing high-volume multi-location businesses
  • Track record in leadership development, revenue growth, and operational systems
  • Experience scaling organizations through aggressive growth
