Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Operating Partners across all U.S. venues
- Drive operational consistency across golf, food & beverage, hospitality, and facilities
- Develop Operating Partners and build strong internal leadership benches
- Drive same-store sales growth, membership penetration, and event sales
- Oversee core operational metrics including labor, COGS, and profitability
- Ensure venues become community hubs through local marketing and partnerships
- Support new store openings and improve operational scalability
Requirements
- 10+ years in multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or consumer operations leadership
- Proven success leading large-scale field organizations
- Experience overseeing high-volume multi-location businesses
- Track record in leadership development, revenue growth, and operational systems
- Experience scaling organizations through aggressive growth
