Director of Urgent Care

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members
• Provide direct supervision to staff both in the office and in the field
• Supervise staff on clinical interventions and strength-based strategies to ensure culturally competent services
• Ensure individual-centered care consistent with individual preferences
• Complete required assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions according to agency procedures
• Collaborate with the Director of MCI and Director of Youth Programming on evaluations, safety, and treatment plans
• Provide interventions to individuals based on treatment plans or daily needs via the Team Huddle process

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling
• Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC)
• Four years of clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Three years of experience working with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
