Director of Undergraduate and Master's Programs

Responsibilities

• Ensure high academic quality for undergraduate and master's programs to foster student purpose and competence
• Drive the "semestre empresarial" (business semester) program to facilitate student integration into the labor market
• Manage academic processes, including subject scheduling and timetable organization
• Oversee the selection, hiring, and performance evaluation of teaching staff
• Plan and organize institutional events, workshops, conferences, and campus visits
• Support student recruitment and promotion efforts for professional levels
• Lead and direct the administrative team for undergraduate and master's programs

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Valid professional title and license (cédula profesional)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Education sector
• Minimum of 3 years in Management or Director-level roles
• Proven experience managing personnel and leading teams
• Strong skills in problem-solving, KPI management, and results orientation
• Excellent teamwork and relationship-building abilities
