Director of Treasury

Responsibilities

• Redesign the global treasury function to drive standardization, predictability, and cost efficiencies.
• Manage global funding strategies, banking operations, cash flows, foreign exchange, and interest optimization.
• Oversee debt and liquidity management in collaboration with investors, providing regular reporting to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
• Serve as the principal steward of credit agreement governance, ensuring covenant compliance and accurate reporting.
• Lead the company’s global insurance and risk management program, including annual policy placement and renewal strategy.
• Drive working capital optimization globally in partnership with business owners.
• Manage and develop the Senior Treasury Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Treasury experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Deep knowledge of credit agreements, covenant structures, and corporate finance mechanics.
• Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Operations, and investors.

Preferred Qualifications

• International treasury experience.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS).
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau.
