Director of Treasury

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own global treasury strategy, including cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
• Lead banking and financial institution relationships and negotiate credit facilities
• Develop and manage FX risk management programs and hedging strategies
• Drive capital markets activities, including debt facility management and covenant compliance
• Partner with the CFO and FP&A on capital allocation and IPO readiness
• Build and scale treasury infrastructure, including TMS and ERP integration
• Oversee intercompany funding, cross-border transactions, and cash repatriation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOX controls
• Lead and grow a treasury team

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting and global liquidity management
• Deep understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency operations
• Experience with capital markets transactions or structured financing
• Hands-on experience with ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA designation
• Experience scaling treasury functions at high-growth tech or infrastructure companies
• Familiarity with intercompany funding and transfer pricing
• Exposure to IPO readiness or venture/growth-stage capital markets
• Experience in data center, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML sectors
