Director of Transfer Pricing

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the global transfer pricing framework covering tangible goods, services, IP, and financial transactions.
• Monitor global tax trends, including Pillar One/Two and OECD BEPS developments, to advise on strategic implications.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Legal to structure business models that achieve commercial and tax optimization.
• Lead transfer pricing diligence, risk assessment, and structuring efforts for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Direct the company’s global transfer pricing audit defense strategy and manage engagement with tax authorities.
• Oversee the preparation of Master Files, Local Files, and intercompany agreements consistent with OECD and local regulations.
• Lead and develop a global team of transfer pricing professionals and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 12-15+ years of progressive transfer pricing experience in multinational corporations or Big Four advisory firms.
• Deep knowledge of OECD Guidelines, BEPS, and international tax regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams and multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Strong economic, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar data automation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS Tax, JD, or PhD.
• CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience integrating transfer pricing processes post-M&A.
• Demonstrated expertise in IP planning, cost sharing, and valuation.
