About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all ticketing and customer service operations for international touring activity within VIP Nation International.
  • Manage the day-to-day strategic direction of the Ticketing & Customer Service team supporting EMEA markets.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing scalable processes, improving internal systems, and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Lead transformational projects, including ticketing system improvements and departmental process optimization.
  • Analyze ticketing performance, pricing trends, and operational data to support revenue growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for critical customer and operational issues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with event operations, finance, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex operational projects and managing high-performing teams in live entertainment, touring, or ticketing.
  • Deep expertise in ticketing systems, operations, and digital ticketing technologies.
  • Significant experience in live event ticketing and customer service at a senior touring level.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting commercial performance and customer service data.
  • Advanced Excel and numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across international teams.
  • Experience working across EMEA or international markets is highly advantageous.
