Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of exhibition technology including interactive kiosks, LED walls, and AV-over-IP infrastructure
• Own the technology roadmap for enterprise systems including CRM, POS, Ticketing, and Finance/ERP
• Oversee museum infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity practices, incident response planning, and PCI compliance
• Manage office technology, help desk operations, and mobile device management
• Develop and execute the museum’s long-term technology strategy and annual capital planning
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership
• Deep knowledge across infrastructure, networks, cloud, AV, and security
• Proven track record of evaluating and deploying AI to create organizational value
• Experience in Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with PCI compliance
• Strong people leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-format displays and immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR)
• Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and software integrations
