About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Home Away from Home Initiative by providing intensive technical assistance to provider agencies
  • Conduct agency-specific data analysis to identify strengths, challenges, and recruitment barriers
  • Gather qualitative data to assess provider agency performance and identify best practices
  • Create presentations and workshops for leadership meetings and agency needs
  • Collaborate with provider agencies, ACS, and stakeholders to promote best practices
  • Monitor provider agency improvement efforts using accountability tools
  • Facilitate peer technical assistance and provide guidance on new policies
  • Produce reports and slide decks by aggregating and analyzing technical assistance data

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience in social services
  • One year of experience at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, or civic organization
  • Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Director of Social Service N/M
