About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement the Home Away from Home Initiative by providing intensive technical assistance to provider agencies
- Conduct agency-specific data analysis to identify strengths, challenges, and recruitment barriers
- Gather qualitative data to assess provider agency performance and identify best practices
- Create presentations and workshops for leadership meetings and agency needs
- Collaborate with provider agencies, ACS, and stakeholders to promote best practices
- Monitor provider agency improvement efforts using accountability tools
- Facilitate peer technical assistance and provide guidance on new policies
- Produce reports and slide decks by aggregating and analyzing technical assistance data
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in social services
- One year of experience at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, or civic organization
- Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Director of Social Service N/M
