Responsibilities
- Lead LMS strategy, implementation, and rollout across all campuses
- Build and oversee structured learning pathways and onboarding tracks
- Measure engagement and impact through data-driven reporting and dashboards
- Equip and train team leaders to effectively coach and develop their teams
- Champion a culture of growth and leadership development across all departments
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in ministry, organizational development, HR, or learning systems
- Experience implementing or managing LMS platforms
- Strong project management and systems-thinking abilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Alignment with church vision, values, and DNA
