Responsibilities

• Build and scale the recruiting function and define talent acquisition strategy
• Establish hiring targets and track progress through actionable data and insights
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and high-caliber talent
• Audit and refine hiring processes to ensure consistency, speed, and accuracy
• Lead searches for senior and executive hires
• Build strong relationships with recruiting agencies
• Stay close to talent market trends, compensation shifts, and competitor moves
• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and leadership to align recruiting with business priorities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• 3+ years in a leadership role building or scaling in-house recruiting teams in a high-growth startup
• Proven success owning hiring strategy for a fast-scaling startup or SaaS company
• Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and ATS systems
• Experience managing executive recruiting and C-level openings
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work in person at our Manhattan office 5 days a week
