United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. The company has organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and assessment planning
- Create interview scripts and conduct interviews
- Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents
- Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes
- Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management
Requirements
- Proven work experience with outstanding performance
- Valid UK work permit
- Deep passion for working with and understanding people
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from students to executives
- Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
- Proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and work ethic
