Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and assessment planning
• Create interview scripts and conduct interviews
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talent
• Execute the development and automation of recruiting processes
• Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management

Requirements

• Proven work experience with outstanding performance
• Valid UK work permit
• Deep passion for understanding and working with people
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HR, marketing, or sales is welcome but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
