Responsibilities

• Design and implement a full-funnel recruitment strategy and process
• Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical corporate roles
• Strengthen KREWE’s employer brand through various channels
• Train hiring managers on structured interviewing and evaluation frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience building or scaling talent acquisition processes in high-growth organizations
• Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer, retail, or hospitality businesses
• Experience managing recruiters or talent teams
• Familiarity with Rippling, LinkedIn, and Google Suite
