Responsibilities
- Design and implement a full-funnel recruitment strategy and process
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical corporate roles
- Strengthen KREWE’s employer brand through various channels
- Train hiring managers on structured interviewing and evaluation frameworks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience building or scaling talent acquisition processes in high-growth organizations
- Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer, retail, or hospitality businesses
- Experience managing recruiters or talent teams
- Familiarity with Rippling, LinkedIn, and Google Suite
