Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talent
• Develop and automate recruiting processes
• Improve the onboarding process in collaboration with management

Requirements

• Proven work experience with outstanding performance
• Valid UK work permit
• Deep passion for understanding and working with people
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups from students to executives
• Natural ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
