Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the global GTM organization, including Sales, Engagement, and Legal Engineering
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and global leadership to align resources with the global hiring plan
- Build and lead a high-performing global team of recruiters
- Implement structured interviewing frameworks and interviewer excellence programs
- Act as the TA point of contact for global market expansion efforts
- Partner with Employer Branding to ensure Legora is an employer of choice
- Collaborate with Finance, People, and Total Rewards for seamless headcount planning
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior Talent Acquisition role supporting high-growth Sales organizations
- Ability to build scalable, strategic processes and programs
- Strong business acumen to turn challenges into operational results
- High attention to detail and operational excellence
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive cross-functional influence
