Director of Talent Acquisition, APJC

Responsibilities

• Translate global talent vision into a high-performing regional reality for APJC.
• Lead and mentor a localized team of recruiters and sourcers across the region.
• Act as the primary talent partner for APJC Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, scaling sales, account management, and field operations.
• Provide market intelligence on talent pool elasticity, local compensation trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Optimize the regional talent funnel using data-driven metrics such as funnel health and quality-of-hire.
• Implement AI-driven sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools to drive team efficiency.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience by adapting global workflows to local cultural nuances.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting leadership experience within high-growth enterprise SaaS or web infrastructure environments.
• Deep expertise in scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, SEs, Channel, and Marketing.
• Direct experience navigating major APAC talent markets (e.g., Singapore, Japan, China, ANZ, India).
• Strong analytical and structural thinking skills with a focus on data diagnostics.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance recruiting productivity.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Singapore.
